Party Night for all ages

I am looking at organizing at party night for all age groups and families.
My thoughts are to hold this at the Filey Masonic Hall, the reason for this venue is because it has a bar and a kitchen and a large function room (dance floor). We would also be the only people there so we can have some fun without upsetting other people on their night out.
My idea is to have a disco, some food and party games that are suitable for all age groups.
I was thinking of making this a fancy dress thyme such as Wild West.
I will look into costings for hire of the Hall.
